As a Kylie Minogue Stan (Lover), I must say that the Padam Padam remix singles have been underwhelming and, dare I say, a cash grab.

Whilst the single itself is a bop and has exceeded expectations with its high charting in the USA, it’s rather short at being under 3 minutes.

This obviously leaves an opening for longer remixes to fill in that void left after your initial play though of the track, unfortunately the remixes are simply sped up renditions of the same beats for a longer period.

At my age (and that of my counterparts) the pace is too fast to enjoy; dancing at that speed would surely lead to us all seeking out chiropractors within a week!

Kylie needs to slow down on the remix releases, search for a quality DJ and enjoy her soar to the top of the pops.
